Loxwood Clay Pits Limited aims to excavate minerals (principally clay shell) for the purpose of brick making and other construction materials, the development site is located on the old Pallinghurst Estate, located approximately 1.5km to the east/northeast of the village of Loxwood, and immediately west of the A281 Horsham trunk road.
